What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

Is there a particular futures broker you are currently working with? If so, then contact them for a demo account. If not, then refer to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/links.php For the time being you can use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hi Thanks for the great support. I have configured the DTS to 'SC Historical Data'. I am interested in attaining 1min, 30min, 60min, daily data for the ESU15 & ESM15 contracts. I didnot have much problem exporting data for the ESM15 contract. But am having difficulty getting the ESU chart to load: The daily ESU chart loads up, but when I click on 1min> its simply blank! Any solutions? Thank You. |

ESU is not a valid symbol. You should not even have any historical daily data for it either.

ESU5-CME is not a valid symbol for the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. You need to use ESU15 Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hi there, Would you be able to explain to me how to bring up charts from 2014? ie ES 03-14 (or ESH14) I went to "Find symbol", and all it has is the 2015 & 2016 contracts. Thank You, Hupfield |

I exported historical data to a text file. I noticed in the timestamps that they are in "second" format: 20150624 000001;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;7
20150624 000002;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;5 20150624 000003;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;1 20150624 000005;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;2 20150624 000006;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;2 20150624 000007;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;35 20150624 000009;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;2117.5;3 Is there any possible way that I could export data so that it will be in a minute timestamps? ie not show the seconds? Thanks |
