Is there an easy way to copy all drawing/levels from a chart and copy (not linking) them to a different chart in a different chartbook. I realize I can copy/create a new cb and remove unwanted items but I'm not looking for that. ty

Sort of. You can use Chart >> Duplicate Chart to Chartbook.
