In Replay, what adjustments are necessary to make volume bars on a tick chart reflect actual volume, rather than the number of transactions per bar (which makes every volume bar identical)?

We are puzzled by this question. There is nothing special to do. Use the Volume study and this is all. Maybe you should provide an image of the chart. The reason the volume bars are the same is because the chart bars are set to be a fixed volume per bar of 1023.
