I contacted IB to enquire about the symbols for TUT and NOB traded on ECBOT, using the address as stated here; http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/IBSymbols.html#ContactingIBForSymbolSpecifications I received the following reply, so you might wish to update your documentation. Dear Trader IB is no longer supporting email communications for most types of inquiries. Your email has been transferred to IB’s Client Inquiry Management System (CIMS). This system is accessible from inside Account Management by clicking the ‘Message Center’ icon. Please allow up to a day for the transferred inquiry to be processed into CIMS and to be visible on the interface. Your Inquiry (Ticket) number is nnnnnn and was applied to Account nnnnnnnn. Please refer to this number in future communications. Responses to this inquiry will be delivered online via CIMS, and not by email. Please note that email communications are answered with the lowest priority. In the future, we urge our clients to use the Message Center or Live Chat inquiries for most reliable service. OK we will update the documentation. Also exchange traded spreads through Interactive Brokers are not supported from Sierra Chart and there are no plans to support them due to the high complexity of the format required and no standardization.
