Hello I just signed up for 14 day trial for Sierra Charts through AMP and I need my data feed packages enabled for me to connect to "Rithmic" as the data provider. Currently they are all disabled.

Your account has been activated and/or reset. A restart is necessary if Sierra Chart is already running. Exit the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". Unfortunately, I don't have used the software Sierra Chart. Because you write that the time of use has expired. Ever used the version trial for problems of connection. unfortunately, I don't succeed in entering in the chart yet. I have contacted by chat AMP, but nothing I don't succeed. I have inserted the last (Removed), but it tells me Non Connected in Rithmic Trading (trading), Server Paper Trading Server.

Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. After the update see if you can connect to Rithmic. Yes, connecting to Rithmic can be difficult with a Rithmic demo account. The newest versions of Sierra Chart support CQG demo accounts. Please request AMP to set you up with a CQG demo account. I'm already using rithmic with Bookmap, and I want the same data feed between my platform and Bookmap. if you fail to resolve this issue, I will change the platform, not the date feed. so you don't have any clients that use rithmic ??? Thank you

We stopped technical support for Rithmic a long time ago (at least 1 year now, if not more). We were having too many issues with the Rithmic connection. Now, Rithmic should be putting out a new connection to Sierra Chart very soon, and once that is ready we will be supporting Rithmic again using that connection. Rithmic tells me they have a lot of clients who use Sierra. so, i am a rithmic customer and sierra customer: what should i do to use the rithmic data feed on the sierra platform ??? I looked at your pages about Denali exchange data feed: I want to make sure I don't buy a package that doesn't work. I am currently using pack 5 but it is useless since I do not have the data streams of the CME group in real time.
