These are the relevant error messages when connecting to OEC:

OEC FIX Trading socket (2) | SSL connection established. | 2015-07-06 22:08:50
OEC FIX Trading: Sending the Logon message. | 2015-07-06 22:08:50
OEC FIX Trading socket (2) | Closed. No error. | 2015-07-06 22:08:50

So you can see that when the Logon message is sent, the OEC server closes the connection immediately. Refer to the documentation here for help with this:
