Bug with different workbooks?

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I have the following issue:
I have two different workbooks, each of them containing six windows. If I switch between the workbooks and do not click on any of the windows, the first window of the first workbook stays visible - although the workbook changed (I double-checked that the window is assigned to the workbook and it's also not detached). If I do select any of the windows other than the first one, switching the workbook leads to the correct behaviour: only the windows from the active workbook show up.

If you need any further information please don't hesitate coming back to me!
Thanks & regards, Markus

P.S.: I'm currently using version 1241

Make sure that the window that stays visible does not have Window >> Window Always Visible enabled. Based on your description it does not sound like this is the problem.

Update Sierra Chart to the latest release to see if there is any change with this problem.

If not, then this is a problem on your side with Windows that we have no control over and we cannot help with it. We recommend trying another computer to see if you have the same problem.

Good morning,

thank you very much for your support!
Your analysis was completely right - Window >> Window Always Visible was activated for these windows. Disabling it resolved the issue.

Thank you and enjoy your day!
Regards, Markus
