Hi, I've just subscribed to SC Realtime Data and the Eurex Exchange data. I'm viewing the charts (Sep Contract, GGU15) via a second instance feed to my primary charts. My problem is I can't get the weekly and monthly charts with data further back than 2014? Also on the daily chart I can't seem to get a continuous contract working (intraday). Any ideas? tnks..

If you are sharing data between Sierra Chart instances, it is not supported to use the Continuous Futures Contract feature on a chart which uses data from another instance of Sierra Chart. Are the charts working properly on the instance connected to the Sierra Chart Data Feed? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Yes. Are you saying that I need to load the data as a 1st instance on the copy of SC that the feed comes in to?
