T4 linking with Sierra

Please help, I confirm a T4 account with sierra access. Username and password confirmed by logging into T4 successfully. Tried with firewall disabled and still unable to connect T4 with Sierra. The problem is that your computer's clock is not set accurately preventing a connection to the FIX server.
