There is a large misprint bar in Cotton in all months showing a selloff from $68 to 68 cents. Can I get rid of that false data?

This is now corrected. Go to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download from the main menu.

The misprint is still there. I deleted and dloaded data and restarted the program as well.

We apologize for this. Since the market was not open earlier for this market, we did not realize there was a mismatch of data between historical and real-time data. This is now solved.

Re-download the data again:
Go to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download from the main menu.

It's still there on the intraday charts. The historical charts look ok. It can't really get the continuous contract data correct on the rollover, but the misprint is gone. The data this misprint happens is 6/14-6/16.

There is another thing we forgot to mention.

You need to update the Symbol Settings as explained here:

After this, if you still have a problem with a Continuous Futures Contract chart, then fully re-download the data for all contract months following the instructions here:

Ok so this is only for ICE softs. I noticed this in CT and SB. For some reason the prices in sugar on the historical are 12.5 which is correct, however after 6/15 it turns into .1250 making the decimal two digits to the left or where it should be. Suggestions?

We have definitely corrected the data for Cotton. And we do not see a problem with SB for the Historical Daily charts. We do see a problem with Intraday data and we are correcting that now.

Enable Chart >> Show Rollover Dates.

Provide an image of the chart, by following these instructions:

The first thing to do though is to re-download the data in the chart. Do this with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. If it is a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow the instructions here:

You need to re-download the data for the July Cotton contract. Here are instructions:

If you need more help, we can use remote assistance to re-download the data for that particular month, because there should not be anything further that needs to be done. This should be very straightforward to solve.
