AMP/TTnet Missing LE Continuous Contract Data

Hi, I tried to load 360 days of 1 hr intra-day chart for LE. I have faced two issues (refer to attached image): 1. Data missing from 3/26 - 5/27 2. When you did this, specifically what did you choose for the subsequent prompts: I tried 'Edit-->Delete and re-download' but with no success. At the first prompt you need to press No and Yes to to each and every subsequent prompt. Also the command is Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
