Bund daily chart does not update during the day

Eurex and Liffe daily charts wont add a new bar until the end of the day. If I look at cbot contracts they already have a bar in for today June 18th in delayed mode, whilst the European contracts have no bar for today. Why is this and can it be changed ? If they do not update when you select Edit >> Download Data-Historical Chart, then the data is not available until the end of the day. Yet the intra day charts such as 5 minutes and hourly charts do update through out the day ?
