No datas from the EUREX opening

Hello!
If I just start the Sierra at about 20minutes after the EUREX opening I can't get datas from the last 20 minutes just from when I started the platform. This is just for EUREX I can get back datas with currencies. It doesn't matter If I delete my datas and refresh I can get just the same datas.

This is now solved.

And we have made a change to prevent this from happening again. Right click on the chart before the missing data and select Delete and Download Data to fill in the missing data.
