Unable to see realtime intraday DDF symbol cash index charts

Unable to see realtime intraday DDF symbol cash index charts - it says Historical download complete but nothing shows on the chart (historical charts work ok). BTW I can see realtime intraday charts for S&P, Dow Jones and Russell cash indexes fine. I am at package 1 and appropriate exchanges added - do I need something more for DDF realtime intraday charts to work? Currently no data in file to display. There is no real-time or Intraday data for $KSI or $KSIC. Hope this is not a problem and you had not been relying on real-time data for these symbols. Are all DDF symbols the same behavior (i.e. Historical data is yes but no intraday realtime data?) ASX200 FTSE100 HangSeng etc? Thanks |
