Hi, I have the setting for Point of Control based on volume checked, and its the pink bar. If this bar is the bar with the most volume for a profile interval, why do other bars have more volume? I have circled three instances where this occurs.

Thanks

Tom

These are TPO profiles which do not show volume. So you cannot look at the line with the most number of boxes and conclude that it has the volume. Possibly but not necessarily.

Then what does this setting mean:

"Point of Control Highlight Based on Volume"

Thanks

It means that the highlighting of the point of control will be based on the volume at each price level, which you cannot see in the TPO profiles. You need to add the Volume by Price study to the chart.

Right now I have a Volume by Price graph and the price chart is graphing on top of the VbP...is there a setting to not have the price graph there? or does it have to be in another part of the window?

Thanks

Tom

Yes select Chart >> Graph Draw Types >> Blank.
