If you are provided a Sierra Chart account from a broker, that you do not directly pay Sierra Chart for and that you did not directly create through the Sierra Chart website, this account has some limitations and some things to be understood about it. These are explained below.

- For account related help with your broker provided Sierra Chart account, you need to contact your broker for help with it. We do not provide account related support for those accounts. We do provide help with basic features of the software on our Support Board.

- You will need to contact your broker for help with connection problems to their trading server from Sierra Chart.

- If you want to use other supported Data or Trading services with Sierra Chart, you must have your own directly paid for Sierra Chart account. This is explained in detail here:

-For any help with using Sierra Chart, contact us on our Support Board:

-You may find that broker/trading service servers are not available over the weekend. This is common. The trading service server will become available Sunday evening.

-To use the Sierra Chart provided data feeds you will need a direct account.

-You can only run one copy of Sierra Chart at a time using a broker provided Sierra Chart account unless you have a direct account. With a direct account you can run two or three copies of Sierra Chart at the same time.

However, be aware that when you do have a direct account and can run more than one copy of Sierra Chart at the same time, you still may be limited to one connection to the trading server at a time.
