All the data from Rational Trader is gone from the studies window. EUR/USD and SPX500.

OK we are checking on this for you. Go to the Data Files Folder specified through Global Settings >> General Settings. I have updated Sierra to receive the latest Rational Trader dll. I see no change in SW. Log says update is for version 1249 or higher. Must I do something else to receive the Rational Trader? |

The Account Support says the Rational Trader.dll is enabled but still the studies window does not show the files. I have upgraded at the instructions of Rational Trader and opened and closed the site. Still nothing on SW. |
