Sierra Chart Ver 1261 Intraday Bars not updating with TDAmeritrade Data Feed

The intraday charts are not updating based on their time interval, such as 5 min candle bars chart. No new bars are created, the last candle bar on the chart just continues to move up or down based on price. Could you validate if this is data feed issue with TDAmeritrade data feed service or software issue. If I disconnect the data feed and reconnect the charts update correctly, but the issue continues to happen where the candle bar doesn't update to new bar base on the time interval that is set. Thanks for your support.

Go to the chart and select File >> Open Time and Sales Window.

Do you see different times for each of the trades that display?

The Time data is updating, but it is wrong. For example, the current time on my computer is 12:44 pm est, the Time and Sales Window indicates 12:35:14.xxx. The 12:35:xx:xxxx is only changing (xx.xxx). The last candle bar on my SPY, 2 minute chart has start time of 12:34, the prior candle indicates 12:36, and the prior candle after that indicate 12:34. If that is of any help in this issue. Thanks for your support!.

The problem is TD Ameritrade is no longer transmitting the streaming time and sales data. We are observing this ourselves. Please contact them and ask them why they are not sending the streaming time and sales data on their web API connection.

If you are not getting immediate resolution from them about this problem, please use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for now:

I called TDAmeritrade and talked to client services and informed them about the web API is not sending streaming time and sales data. Client Services then talked to Tech Support and then informed me that there was no issue and sorry about giving me the run around. Lost for words at this point. Thanks for your outstanding support. I need to think about Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed service and if I want to stay with TDAmeritrade.

This is the problem when dealing with a big company. Nobody knows the situation.

I've sent TD Ameritrade an email about the web API not sending time and sales data, and that Sierra Chart Support has also validated the issue too. I'm on record now with email and will see if this gets better results than a phone call to TD Ameritrade Client Services. Thanks again for your outstanding support and help!
