Drawing plotted from another chart covering price

When I copy a drawing from a different chart, can I have it plot underneath price or even better plot underneath everything. I'm talking about the Horizontal Line specifically. I'm using it to plot Support and Resistance areas from another chart. I use a thicker horizontal line for Zones and it covers price once copied(pic attached)

Or what about adding a check mark box for "Draw Under Price"
