Gap in the NGN5 chart

SC: My NGN5 chart has finally started to update. However, when I tried to download the missing data from about 08:45 to about 11:40 eastern time, the charts came back with the same gap? I used the edit > edit/download data - intraday chart > then I slid the delete and download data from current position to End back to 2015-05-26 with the time of 14:12:12/010. However the chart came back with the same gap? How do I fix this so that the data is on the chart for the time your charts weren't updating? Per the instructions here... https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloadingByDeletingFiles I deleted all the .scid and dly extensions for the NG chart.
