How to GET parameters sc.MakeHttpRequest

Hi I am unclear as to how to correctly place GET parameters in the sc.MakeHttpRequest. Instead of pointing to a file I am trying to get the values directly from a table. Is a function already built in that allows us to append the GET parameters to the url? If not is there an example of what the request would look like using GET parameters? |

Never mind that was an ignorant question. I now realize that a php file needed to be created to point it to and act as a go between. I think it works properly now. But will not know for sure until I figure out how to parse the string.
