Cannot connect to OEC trader data

Trying to setup Sierra/OEC on a new Win8 computer.
Have enabled SC in OEC and checked "allow remoting" then run SC as administrator. Have disabled Norton firewall and virus checker.

Numerous attempts to connect with following error log message.

Connecting to Open E Cry FIX Orders server: prod.openecry.com:9200... | 2013-06-05 12:30:29
The network socket is connected. | 2013-06-05 12:30:30
OEC FIX Orders Session: Sending the Logon message. | 2013-06-05 12:30:30
Socket receive error: Windows error code 10054: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. | 2013-06-05 12:30:30
Socket closed. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2013-06-05 12:30:30
OEC FIX Orders Session: Socket connection was closed without any logout messages sent or received. | 2013-06-05 12:30:30
Error connecting to Data or Trading service. For help with this issue, press the Send For Analysis button on this window. | 2013-06-05 12:30:30
To prevent further connection attempts, select File >> Disconnect. | 2013-06-05 12:30:30
Disconnected from Open E Cry. | 2013-06-05 12:30:30
Will reconnect to the server in 5 seconds. Select File >> Disconnect to prevent further connection attempts. | 2013-06-05 12:30:30

No problem with the connection on my older WIN NT computer. what have I missed?

OEC FIX support is still under development. It appears as though you are running the non-CLR version of Sierra Chart. Please update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. This will give you the CLR version.
