No. They are calculated within Sierra Chart using order fills received in real-time and downloaded from the server for the current day. Sierra Chart maintains its own history independent from the Trading service you are using. There is not always going to be a match.

I would like to suggest that trade activity/history be synced with brokerage servers so that all the great features of the trade activity log in sierra chart(percentages, profit/loss, looking at each symbol traded, etc) be evaluated and analyzed with accuracy.
