I have the scroll-bar disabled until the chart I am using is active. I have a number of windows detached from the chart window and the option to have scroll-bar hidden is helpful. Issue: In order to make the scroll-bar visible on a chart, I have to not only click on that chart but then go to another chart or two and click on those and then come back and click on the chart I am trying to see the scroll-bar on. |

So you have enabled Global Settings >> General Settings >> Auto Hide Charts Title Bar and Scrollbar? If so, we cannot help with this. This is most definitely an operating system level problem and is a good example of why we do not like to implement this functionality because the operating system does not always reliably handle this.
