Hi I made a spoken text alert file , type wma and placed it in Sierra/Alert sounds file. I see it there and can play it with windows media player. Now, when I go to the relevent chart and "select sound file " , I can only see my text file when I switch to all files , but the text is not played. Where do I go wrong ? thanks jaban |

The file must have a wav extension and be of that file type. Otherwise, it will not work.
