I have CQG with NT brokerage.. (using both NT and Sierra). With NT, I use CQG's basic data. In Sierra, I've enabled and use Sierra's Live Data feed. After noticing some differences in tick charts vs (trades per bar) in the 2 platforms, thought I'd temporarily disable Sierra's live data for a bit to see how things looked from the CQG feed. (Unchecked 'Allow support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds') After reconnecting, I don't seem to be getting live data from the CQG feed in Sierra. I get the msg: Market data subscription status for F.US.EPM15: Real-time data for instrument F.US.EP (corresponding to ID = 1) are not allowed. | 2015-05-13 10:53:23 (tried 'update symbols from server' - no result) It seems to only be an issue on the instruments in which i had previously been using Sierra data override. Other CQG instruments i use (along side Sierra data) like TF (F.US.TFEM15) or the DX (F.US.DXEM15) still work. Is there something i need to do in Sierra to re-establish the CQG feed? or is this an issue on CQG's end? |
