suddenly TAL window shows wrong tick value, should be 4 digits on @EU not 2.

The problem is that the symbol is not @EU.

With what Service did you use that symbol with that is shown in the Trade Activity Log?

What is the Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service set to in the copy of Sierra Chart where you see this problem?

The problem is the symbol settings are not present for that symbol in Global Settings >> Symbol Settings.

ah i see, all of my Symbol Settings have disappeared. TAL is fixed now, thanks.

if you can explain how all of my symbols disappeared i would like to know, because now i have to re-enter all commissions and customizations manually.

These settings are contained within the GlobalSymbolSettings.XML file.

The only reason we would know they could disappear is if that file was deleted or damaged in some way or you selected Global Settings >> Symbol Settings >> Full Reset and the request for the new settings failed for some reason.
