I am using SC data support on OpenEcry trading service. I was off for a week. On connecting and loading charts this morning all historical days came in but todays data does not. The chart does move forward from the time that I connect but does not backfill the rest of the day. Help please

Update. I track 2 symbols. The ZN and the ES. The ZN is now backfilled correctly for today. The ES when it first loads on SC restart says briefly that it is an incorrect symbol. That notice disappears quickly and then loads historical. But the ES is still not backfilling the day from prior to program start this AM. I have gone in to chart settings and reselected the symbol ESM5 that presents in the selection box. I have also tried Delete and ReDownload Data to no avail.
So the ES is tracking realtime just fine but still won't backfill from the start of trading Sunday to until I opened the program today.

Update. Prices on both have now filled in. I periodically performed Delete and Redownload Data and finally after several hours the ES updated correctly. Was there a data issue with SC data or is there a fix I should be aware of at my end? Thanks

Obviously there was a problem earlier but it is now resolved. Looks like it was an OEC problem.
