can someone explain to me how the trendline on these charts can look so different? the line is the one being drawn off the obvious low on each chart.

Well, it's from a customer but this trendline question comes up a lot, and I am trying to figure out how 2 trendlines drawn on 2 very similar 500 tick charts on the same market could look so different. Can you link me to the help topic that explains this once more please?

The charts seem to look different, but really it is hard to say because the vertical and horizontal scaling is different. So maybe they are more similar to each other than is apparent. Really this is just best analyzed by the user themselves. We do not see how we can provide any further advice that is not obvious just from looking at the charts.
