historical data with TransAct

After talking with the broker I know that I have access to: - CME products data: ES, currencies, mini nasdaq - one tic data going back 30 days, - one second going back 3 years, but when I asked for instructions on how to download the data I was sent here I can not load data. I tried different solutions: - Enter the names of the symbols of historical contracts, while setting the parameters for the relevant period covering the data to download, - I also tried to download the data as a continuation graph based on the rolling of the contract but it also does not work. Everytime I try to download data the Sierra chart always opening my current contract (ESM5) why? Please send me instructions how to download charts: ESH12, ESM12, ESU12, ESZ12 ESH13, ESM13, ESU13, ESZ13 ESH14, ESM14, ESU14, ESZ14 ESH15, |

This is not true: - one tic data going back 30 days,
- one second going back 3 years, The tick by tick data goes back for all of the available history which is at least 3 years. I found and downloaded data, but it is possible only for Continuous Futures Contract, pity that the only possibility because the use of Trade DOM and Chart Trading is only possible to assign specyfic configuration to one symbol. and, for example, lines of orders are not displayed on historical data since they fall into another contract (the same symbol, but another name for the instrument). Is Sierra Chart can I provide such data in the package 3? and is it possible to download them/save it to disk? |

Tick by tick data is provided for TransAct users going back to at least 2010. After opening a chart you can look at the data with Edit >> Edit / Download Data - Intraday Chart. This data is available with Sierra Chart service package 3. All historical data downloaded by Sierra Chart is always saved to your local disk.
