I am not using sierra feed any more and I am using iQfeed I need to disable the rhimatic sierra log in and have iQfeed. I cant make a trade because of this

I am not having problem with IQ feed. I talked with Optimus and they said that Rithmic is logging at the same time as IQ feed and I need to disable SC data because I cant take a live trade and it jumps me into "Sim" even though I disable it. Optimus said there is a process to disable SC data. I have all the log in infor mation set up with IQ feed and I am able to use their feed and it reads their symbols, but I just cant take a live trade. Can you send me the how to disable the multiple feeds and just to one.

You cannot submit an order while connected to the IQ Feed Data service. Install another copy of Sierra Chart and set it to use your Rithmic account. I was able to install a copy of Sierrachart2 and I believe I was able to succeed in following the instructions but I don't see the "R" on the copy chart what I do have is this "@ES#/ES-201203-GLOBEX" but I don't see the "R"

I don't know but if the "R" isn't showing up does that mean I cant take a trade still because I tried and it jumped me into SIM

The first thing we want you to do is set up one of your copies of Sierra Chart to use Rithmic, and we want to make sure you are receiving market data from Rithmic and you can trade from that instance. If so, Rithmic data is already good and we do not see any advantage with using IQ Feed in your case especially being you are using Optimus. I have a snapshot of the chart on the left which is from IQfeed on advance decline NYSE and the chart on the left is from Sierra feed I want to have the Sierra chart to read like the one on the left, that is why I wanted to have IQfeed but your team said you can make so the chart or feed can replicate the chart on left so if you can make that work I wont have to use IQfeed.

If you want to use IQ Feed for market statistics, then continue to use it for that. The Sierra Chart market statistics will always be a little different than IQ Feed because the source stock data feed is different and there are probably slight differences with the calculations also.
