I have purchase the data from sierra chart

but it doesnt work or i dont know how to connect

Im trying to do it with historical data

What can i do??

No, i need streaming too

The problem is when i open a chart i see it in black, i cant see candles

What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

Im opening one with amp. I did the wire but the has not arrive yet. Is this the problem??

You will need to be able to connect to your trading account from Sierra Chart to be able to get real-time CME data at the reduced exchange fees. This is explained here:

And you also need to activate the CME Group exchange. But we just want to make sure you can connect to your trading account first. This is the most essential thing before proceeding.

Through AMP are you using Rithmic, TT Net, or CQG?

Im having some problems with the wire transfer. My account isnt open yet, i have to wait for some days because the money has to return to Spain and i have to resent it. Also, you sierra chart charge me more than a 30% for the exchange euros- dollars. Its amazing, I wanted to put 35 usd in my account and they charge me 46 eur. Is this correct?? Because I think is a very big fee only to get this service. So I have paid for a service that im not going to use because without a future broker account, the cost of cme is 96 usd. Isnt it??

30% for converting from euros to dollars or the other way around? This does not make sense. We have to check on this.

We can also refund the data feed for you. We will get that done for you. And yes, you do have to pay substantially higher exchange fees for CME data without a trading account.

Yes, sorry, it was mu fault. The charge of that money was from another thing. Ok, im not gone a use the data until i have my amp account, and perhaps it take some time. If you can refund i will purchase it later when i have my account
