My broker is IB. Can I add stock CFDs to the watch list. I tried, but it didn´t work. If I could add CFDs to the watch list, it would be very helpful. It would be fine if you could make it possible in a later version of sierra chart. |

There is no reason why this is not possible. You just add the symbol to the list. What exactly is the problem you are having? I add for example SPY-CFD-SMART-USD-BAAVG to the Watch List then you can see, written in Watch List Label:SPY-CFD-SMART-USD-BAAVG When I click on Label:SPY-CFD-SMART-USD-BAAVG the chart doesn`t appear. I think that SC can`t`t find the symbol and therefore nothing happens. |

Refer to the symbol format here: Interactive Brokers Symbols: CFD Format Remove the -BAAVG suffix. Not sure how you added this symbol to the watchlist but it looks like you have added this as a Label. It should not be added that way. Add it just like a normal symbol. I follwed your suggestion. I removed the -BAAVG suffix. I pushed the add button and then I typed SPY-CFD-SMART-USD, nothing happend. The only thing I can see is the information "Downloading Historical Data. Bars may not appear until done", but in the end nothing happens. |

We think the problem is this: It is important that when using this symbol format, that there are no other symbols being used within Sierra Chart at the same time for the same CFD symbol with the -BAAVG suffix. Otherwise, you will not receive market data for the symbol.

I am using the symbol SPY-CFD-SMART-USD as you told me and it doesn`t work. I followed your instruction. I opened only one chartbook with one chart and not the same or any other symbol with the -BAAVG suffix was used.

Update Sierra Chart to the current release with Help >> Download Current Version. Restart Sierra Chart and try opening a chart for that symbol again.
