My trades are not going through and I do not know why. I am connected to OEC as I plan to trade with OEC using Sierra charts. Today has been a disaster as position windows on the Sierra chart do not disappear when I flatten, I cannot enter new orders and still my account balance on OEC is changing.

Could someone at Sierra please give me some help on this?

I HAVE HAD NO MESSAGES FROM SIERRA THIS WHOLE TRADING DAY. MY TRADES ARE A DISASTER BECAUSE THE CHARTS ARE MESSED UP AND NO ONE AT SIERRA RESPONDS. YOU HAVE TERRIFIC CHARTS, BUT IF I CANNOT USE THEM TO TRADE, THEY ARE OF NO VALUE TO ME.

I SPENT TWO DAYS CONNECTING SIERRA TO OEC BROKERAGE SO I COULD TRADE FOREX AND SIERRA. BUT NOW THE SIERRA CHARTS ARE NOT WORKING FOR ME. NO HELP AND SUCCESSIVE LOSSES.

I AM ABOUT TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER CHARTING/BROKERAGE SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND WITH AN ANSWER TO MY REPEATED QUESTIONS SO I CAN TRADE TODAY.

We are still looking into this.

You may want to do this because based upon what we have heard so far there is a problem on the OEC side relating to the order status for Forex orders. And it takes time for us to look into. We cannot provide a rapid resolution to this but we will try to determine a problem later today.

Let us know what you want to do.

I want to trade using Sierra charts. OEC is a Forex broker and links to Sierra. I have been practicing on Sierra for a while and now want to do live trading. I set the connection on global settings correctly with OEC support so I am seeing my Sierra trades show up on my OEC summaty of balance.

Specifically I use multiple Renko and minute charts to day trade EUR/USD.

Whenever I try to flatten, I receive a message that my order has failed. Sometimes I see a message from OEC that the order has gone through.

User has been called. A problem with Forex trading with OEC has been determined and OEC will be contacted about that.

For now, we recommended the user trades Forex futures instead which there are no problems with when using OEC.
