Hi, Yesterday, I added some credit to be able to use SC Exchange Data. Today, when I turn my platform on, I receive a message stating ""Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information", which makes no sense because I have the correct symbol "CLK15" and am not getting real time data at the moment. I will appreciate your support in resolving this issue. You have the wrong Service selected. With the lower CME exchange fee you are paying, you cannot use the "SC Exchange Data" service. You must use one of the Trading services and have a trading account.
