What are the best SC Supported trading platforms that FULLY support both Server Managed OCO AND Server Managed Bracket Orders?

I am very familiar with IB (which does fully support them) but often there are issues. I have already looked thru all the trading services listed by SC but I am looking for recommendations.

Thank you

Server side bracket orders are supported with CTS T4, Interactive Brokers and OEC. It was previously supported with CQG, but we had some occasional problems we would hear about and disabled support for it on CQG.

Among these, we generally would recommend CTS T4.

The problem with OEC and bracket orders is that until the parent order fills, it is not possible to modify the Target or Stop. Otherwise, we generally almost never hear about problems with server-side OCO or bracket orders when using OEC.

Hi - Same question as etrader in post #1. Only now it is three months later, and given the rapid development of this functionality, I wonder if your response is still the same as in post #2? Thanks in advance.

Since this time, there has been one change with bracket orders with Interactive Brokers and that there is no attempt to modify under any condition the Target or Stop Attached orders upon a parent fill which can sometimes result in the order quantities of those Attached Orders to be less than the actual quantity due to a simultaneous increase in quantity by Interactive Brokers managing the quantities of the bracket orders.

Can you please clarify "there is no attempt to modify under any condition the Target or Stop Attached orders upon a parent fill"?

Does this mean that for IB managed OCO orders, the Target and Stop QUANTITY is not modifiable or the PRICE value?

Or, is there something else? I did not fully understand the update explanation in post #5

Thank you

No. This is not the case.

Refer to the documentation here about this:
