I have set Data Trade Service Settings to my OEC account. Sierra is enabled at OEC> But I cannot now connect to my Sierra account.

I contacted OEC and we located the problem so now I am connected. But I get the message "symbol unknown". I downloaded the recent version of Sierra, but now I am not receiving data even though I am connected.
