Good morning, I have got the problem with sell limit order in live trading (my broker is OEC). Please, let me know how to set when I want to put sell order and my sell order is above the actual price, it is not possible and there appers the note, that the order must be below the actual price and the order is rejected. So there must be something wrong in setting. How should I set it to enable put the sell order above the actual price and it will stay valid? Thanks in advance. Have a nice day. Míša |

It sounds like you are actually submitting a Stop order instead of a Limit order. If you are using the Trade/Chart DOM to enter the orders, refer to step 6 here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ChartTrading.html#ChartDOM You may have an incorrect setting and actually instead be entering a Stop order.
