1. How do I send a bracket OCO order for a limit and stop if I should loose them during a trade in progress? 2. How can we install 2 different stop levels instead of having only 1 stop level if trading multiple contracts? 3. Show how to see the P & L in Dollars instead of ticks if we want to use that. 4.
