delayed chart in comparison to others

One of my charts is delayed. On Eurex Bund the price was at 159.27 on daily, 30 minutes and numbers bar chart, but on the 5m chart it showed a different price. A few minutes later the 5m charts is showing 159.27, but the other ones are now down to 159.21. Any idea what's causing this delay and how I can refresh the data should this happen again in the future without re-starting the platform should I be monitoring a live trade? Thanks |

As long as all of the charts are scrolled to the end, and there are no unusual study configurations on the chart, a problem like this really is extremely unusual. When you notice a difference, do you notice a difference with the price box on the right side of the chart on the scale? When you notice the problem does it help to select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate?
