How do I create an order where the stop and limit order prices are the same. Example, buy YM on a stop limit at 17180, whereby the stop is 17180 and the limit is 17180.

For this you need to use the Stop-Limit order type: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_OrderTypes.html#StopLimit And as explained you need to set Set >> Stop-Limit Order Limit Offset on the Trade Window for the chart to 0.
