Is There Any Way to Remove The Real Time Lag On Study/Price Overlay?

I'm using a very fast computer (i7 3820 3.6ghz/16GB RAM/Nvidia GTX 970) and have my Chart Update Interval set to 75 milliseconds. I am using Numbers Bars and need Candlesticks as well so I am overlaying hollow Candlesticks from another chart of the same duration. Most studies have no problem updating in real time but the Candlesticks do. They lag behind the market action by about half a second. Is there anything that can be done to correct this? Yes. Use the Overlay (Bar) study and set it to reference the same chart it is on.
