Since version 1235 using old spreadsheets, every time I try to install a newer version my Spreadsheet System/Alert settings change. And it appears that when I try to install previous versions, there is no offer for Old Spreadsheet versions so I have to use Windows restore feature. I tried new spreadsheets and was advised here to stick with the Old versions for now because the New versions were stalling the program with my Spreadsheet Alerts. Have New SS been improved enough in the last couple of months to try again? If not, why are the Old SS versions changing my SS Alert settings? Thanks

What settings are changing? This does not make sense to us. And you can find all of the previous versions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SCInstallerList.php Use the versions that do not have "NoCLR" in their name. The columns in the spreadsheet change. So what was being referenced on the older version now references something totally different. Example DP3 refers a column in my alert spreadsheet that references one study. When I install newer versions, DP3 no longer references that study, instead is something else.

This could possibly be if the number of Subgraphs for a study you are using has changed and it alters the positions of other studies outputted to the Spreadsheet. This is why with New Spreadsheets there is a new method to reference study Subgraphs: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Spreadsheets.html#ReferencesStudySubgraphColumnsSpreadsheetStudy Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
