TPO: Name labels simply do not work

I've tried every which way to get a name label to show up with VA, POC, IBR extension lines, etc. and it's just simply not happening. Obviously I can use the colors to discern which is which, but I think this is a bug here in that the only label which works is a value area label. Additionally, it appears no labels at all work with IBR extension lines. I have "always show name and value labels" selected. |

We will check on this. The labels that you do not see most likely need to be implemented. They certainly do need to be implemented with the initial balance range extension lines.
