Hi SC-Support, I wrote a ACSIL Study for trading, which runs without any problems (in replay mode) with version 1231. But when using version 1242 SC crashs when using replay mode. I can simply deaktivate the study code at a early point by using a activation selector: if (!Active.GetYesNo()) return; By testing I saw a log entry which indicated a index-problem, but this disappaered. Now it crashes after running only 2-3 days of replay. Here is the crash-information and log entry Problemsignatur: Problemereignisname: APPCRASH Anwendungsname: SierraChart.exe Anwendungsversion: 700.0.0.0 Anwendungszeitstempel: 551339aa Fehlermodulname: MSVCR100.dll Fehlermodulversion: 10.0.40219.325 Fehlermodulzeitstempel: 4df2be1e Ausnahmecode: c0000005 Ausnahmeoffset: 0001d3d5 Betriebsystemversion: 6.3.9600.2.0.0.272.7 Gebietsschema-ID: 1031 Zusatzinformation 1: 9635 Zusatzinformation 2: 96351892a602d0f87bb7559dc5260fac Zusatzinformation 3: 6509 Zusatzinformation 4: 6509ee794f68bdcf99ae9f63b935ca9f My code contains old and new structures of "sc.PersistVars" / "sc.GetPersistentInt". Do you have any idea, what the problem could by or how to find it. regards, bs.trader |

If you can provide a small block of code that reproduces the problem, and the steps to reproduce, we can look at this.

It is nearly impossible to provide a small block which causes the error. but when using sc.FreeDLL = 1; //1 while developing, later 0 for best performance I get the following log-entry-error: Replay 1.0X: DYM15 [C] [M] 5 Min #1: Transitioning to next futures contract symbol DYM13 | 2015-03-28 12:38:27 Error jumping to date-time in file when transitioning to next futures contract. Invalid index.. For sure that line of code is totally unrelated to these messages. We recommend re-downloading the data for DYM13.scid and DYU13.scid with the Edit >>Delete All Data and Download command. I still get that error and replaying stops: Error jumping to date-time in file when transitioning to next futures contract. Invalid index.. C:\SierraChart-Live1\Data\DYU13.scid | 2015-03-28 12:38:28 I deleted and redownloaded, appears above version 1241. I have no idea what to do, please tell me. Can provide remote access to my box. How will this be solved. Is it a Datafeed problem or will there be a new version? Sorry for asking again, but I need to know, when I can use the new version. regards, bs.trader |

It is going to be solved on Monday. And we will put out a new release at that time. We apologize for the delay. As some code was being changed, it introduced a bug and the programmer responsible for that will not be back until Monday.
