When changing time frames form the chart by typing, it is easy to make a mistake which will essentially cause Sierra to hang while calculating studies. If your chart settings are set to more than a few days to load, this will take an extremely long time. The clicking "cancel" prompt does nothing. E.G. Enter 10v instead of 100v.. Would it be possible for some new options in general settings to confirm this selection, but only when below a certain threshold? e.g. <100v, <100t, etc
