I purchased the $35 Real-Time Data Feed and subscribed to the BATS Only, US Equities, and CME non-professional data, but I am having difficulty accessing the data. I am only getting historical data.

Restart Sierra Chart.

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

Set the "Service" at the top to "SC Exchange Data".

In regards to CME data, do you have a futures trading account? For the reason why we ask this, refer to:

And for BATS make sure you are using the correct symbols:

Yes I have a funded futures trading account. I have obtained my Barchart account information and I have confirmed that all my data feeds are active with barchart. Futures live data is working, but I still cannot access US Equities. I have clicked on "Find Symbol" and no US equities appear.

Do not set the Service in Sierra Chart to "Barchart". That will not work. Follow our instructions in post #2.

With what broker/trading service do you have the futures account?

Also, stock symbols will not be listed. They need to be manually entered. Refer to:

TDAmeritrade and AMP Futures. I have done as in the tutorial, but still not receiving stock data.

OK what you need to do is locate in the list on this page the particular trading platform service you are using through AMP, click the link and follow the set up instructions for it:

On that connection you will have access to all of the market data including stocks.

Why can't I just use the Barchart service as opposed "SC Exchange Data"?

The service you have activated is not the Barchart service. They are the vendor of record but it is the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. It is different.
