Background: I have much pleasure in the trading functions directly from the chart the BUND-future. Unfortunately, the big players often deceived in which they fall into the wrong direction. If you sit in the trap then you have to quickly turn the position. My Problem: What I have so far received as a link to my question here is not the solution to my problem which Sierra obviously can not currently offer. For reasons of clarity and comfort, I do not want to open an additional window (Attach Trade Window To chart). I wish directly into my trading window (Trading Chart DOM) in which my long or short position is indicative plus the associated stop, an additional button: REVERSE. This button could be arranged, for example in the color blue, a point below (purchase) or over (sale) of each stop. When I close my previous position by REVERSE is a new automatically run in the opposite direction and the image looks exactly like I'm used to it. I think that some software development / adaptation of this is necessary so that it is comfortable to handle, and fits in with the existing solution in the Trading Chart DOM. |

What you can do is add the "Reverse and Cancel" command to the chart trade menu. Here is the documentation for that: Make certain the order types and order commands that you wish to use are added to the Chart Trading Menu. To do this, select Global Settings >> Customize Chart Trade Menu. Add all of the order types that you want to use.

OK, I see the reverse button in the "Trade Window for the Chart". But how do I get this button into my chart to my order displayed on this? without the additional window "Trade Window for the Chart" to open? I think they have understood what I want and that is so comfortable now absent. It is quite simply the question, there is a change that implementing such modification sometime? |

We were not completely clear before. Refer to the chart trading documentation here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ChartTrading.html#EnteringOrdersFromTheChart When you right-click on a chart there is a menu with commands. And you can add a Reverse and Cancel command. Post #2 explains this. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. This is me no help to point me back to the default settings. These are OK so far! I can act well with an automatic stop. But again: I WANT ME A REVERSE_BUTTON IN THE Chadt. And only that I need a guide if you can afford the existing Sierra software !! But what I see it is not possible at the moment! |

The only change planned and this is something we have been planning to do for some time now, but we are definitely going to be getting to it soon, is to have a more narrow Trade Window which can be attached to the chart and that will have a Reverse button as well as other trading functions.

Bid-ask Meter An important indicator is the bid / ask ratio. Unfortunately, the available indicators in Studies Avaiable: * Bid & Ask Depth bars * / * Bid & Ask Prices * / * Bid & Ask Volume Ratio * all useless. The only indicator which is indicative of ever sensible data * BidVolume vs. AskVolume *. Only the data is grossly incomplete. An example of 11:12. 16:15 GBL March: 393 ... Bid Ask -357. At the same time shows the BookTrader of IB: Ask 1277 ... Bid -1379. Apparently, the only read a small part to the order book. My suggestion: 1) Complete data anyway 2) Another type of representation in the form of a horizontal beam. In the center 0 and the left as the right relationship which is indicated by a stroke amount of Ask / bid. 3) This bar should always be inserted with the upper right corner in the caption bar of Chart. |

What is unclear? All or individual sentences? There is no question, but it is 1) a request for an improved / correct functioning of the existing chart study: BidVolume vs. AskVolume 2) Then there is a proposal for a new / different presentation of earnings and integration into the head of the charts. I ask the forwarding to the system development, there is one sure you understand what I mean. |

1. Specifically what improvements do you require to this study? 2. We are not taking any new suggestions at this time. Our to do list is already two years long.
