How can I forward project the Daily OHLC study, eg. the HIGH and LOW?

You will need to use the Displacement setting in the Study Settings >> Subgraphs tab for the study.

The Displacement setting for the Daily OHLC study is grayed out and therefore not accessible. Can you activate it?

The Displacement setting applies to each individual Subgraph of the study. You need to select the particular Subgraph in the list of Subgraphs above first, for the Displacement setting to be active.
