We have reactivated your Sierra Chart account that you have logged into this Support Board with, for 5 days.

This will give you access to the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service:
Sierra Chart Historical Data Service

Use that service to access the symbols that you have specified. The historical data is the same.

Make sure you have a tick by tick data configuration before opening the charts:

thank you for that. i was thinkink i will be able to check and compare bid vol and ask vol which i am not.
i have seen:

To receive Bid Volume and Ask Volume for historical Intraday downloaded data, you need to use to use a Data or Trading service that provides this data.

but thanks anyway. bid vol and ask vol is the most important what i need to check. so i am not able, right?

The Sierra Chart Historical Data Service does provide tick by tick data and historical bid volume and ask volume. It is the same data that you would get when using the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed.

Perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings as explained here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps

After re-download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
